Click here for more information Bobbie Beyersdorf, President Bobbie is serving her second term on the RCS School Board as Treasurer, and is the Chairman of the RCS Foundation Board. Bobbie has served on the McKee Medical Center Foundation and as human resource director and pension fund administrator for a small corporation. She taught elementary school in Omaha after graduating from the University of Nebraska-Kearney. She has been married for 47 years to Ralph, a retired periodontist. They have four children and eight grandchildren, with two currently attending RCS. They have been Resurrection Fellowship members for 24 years. Bobbie has taught Rapha Bible Studies and been a small group leader. Ralph and Bobbie’s hearts are to give back to His kingdom, humbled by God’s grace, blessings, and constant provision. They demonstrate God’s love in third world countries such as Africa, Vietnam and Cambodia, performing volunteer dentistry. Bobbie and her husband, Ralph, have been involved in serving in Mozambique for many years with a ministry called Afrika Wa Jesu (Africa for Jesus). They have assisted in providing a dental clinic to the remote village of Inhaminga. In addition to that facility, (a small clinic), a mobile truck/van serves the out lying bush communities. All care is lovingly provided by short-term dental teams who choose to serve a Mighty God. This past summer a team of women from Resurrection Fellowship went there specifically to minister to new women believers, many of whom were new pastors' wives. Bobbie was humbly blessed by being a part of that precious team. Gale Simon Gale is serving his second term on the RCS Foundation Board. Gale earned a B.S. degree in chemistry from South Dakota State University, before entering the navy for 2 years. After the navy, he was a political organizer. Gale spent 16 years working in the building materials industry in manufacturing, product development, sales and management. He has been self employed for the last 20 years. Gale and Shirley, his wife of 34 years, currently do business in 50 states and 3 foreign countries. They have been recognized in the top 100 income earners and were in the top 20 business builders for their organization. They have two daughters who live out of state, and a son, 15, who attends RCS. Gale and Shirley moved to Colorado in 2005 because they wanted to educate their son in an exceptional Christian school.
Penni Geist Penni is serving her first term on the Foundation. She comes to us with close to 15 years of financial and executive level leadership experience, alongside a lifetime of volunteering and serving people. She was the owner of a local trucking company in northern Colorado, a Controller in the hospitality industry, and worked for Monfort in their international shipping division. Penni has been married to her husband, Randy, for 18 years. She is the proud grandmother of 3 and the mother of 5 children, 4 of which have or are currently attending RCS. Penni has a conviction, passion and heart to provide a Christian education for her children and grandchildren. She also has a heart and passion for being a servant in the community through her volunteerism. Penni was the Director of JOY International, where she filled containers of clothes and shoes and shipped them to India. She helps adopted families learn how to care for and maintain black hair. She taught Sunday School for 20 years, and attended International Collegiate Torah School for 5 years, where she received in-depth Biblical training. Penni currently serves on the Board of Directors for "Homes of Hope" Fiji, an organization that supports a group of missionaries in Fiji. She has served on this board for 12 years. For the past 3 years, Penni has also given freely of her time at Medical Center of the Rockies.
Nicole Reeves (Treasurer Nicole is serving her first term on the Foundation as Treasurer. Nicole has 14 years experience in the banking industry, 10 of which has been for FirstBank of Northern Colorado, where she is the Senior Vice President. Nicole has four wonderful children; three of which attend RCS, and the youngest will attend RCS when old enough. Nicole believes strongly in providing a quality education, combined with the development of spiritual leadership. That is why she chose RCS for her children. She was born and raised in Colorado and attended college at Colorado State University. In her spare time she enjoys golfing.
Wendi Swanson (Secretary) Wendi is completing her first term on the Foundation and serves as the Secretary. She is also the Director of Development for RCS. She has a nine year old son, who has attended RCS for 2½ years. She is a Colorado native, born in Evergreen, CO. Her background is in international business development and leadership training for industries such as law enforcement, retail, and telecommunications. Her passion is the development of people and systems. She has spent the majority of her professional career traveling from country to country training trainers, developing the infrastructure for companies to successfully grow, and develop their people. She designs curriculum and training programs and delivers experiential learning to deepen application of teaching content.
