Dear Prospective Family,

Thank you for your interest in Resurrection Christian School.  Please read the following information carefully because it describes important information that should be entered (if applicable) within the Note section of the pre-registration form.

The preliminary registration form you are about to submit provides us with important contact information and adds your request to the preliminary registration list.  Every year the number of requests received exceeds the student capacity of our school.  Therefore, we have an organized priority system that we use to fill all available openings.

The RCS Priority System is as follows:

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Ø It is YOUR responsibility to identify which of the above priority categories apply to your preliminary registration. You MUST identify all applicable priority categories (Rez Member and/or Rez Preschool) within the NOTE field of the preliminary registration form.

Ø Please identify all school age children within the preliminary registration form and only submit the form once.

Ø All preliminary registration forms are automatically time stamped when submitted.  This time stamp is used as sort criteria for processing within some priority categories, therefore submit your form as soon as possible.

Ø If you are registering a kindergarten student, please include your kindergarten schedule preference (AM, PM or Full Day) in the NOTE field of the preliminary registration form.

PLEASE understand that the Preliminary Application is only the first step towards enrollment. If we have an opening for you, based upon our priority system, we will call and schedule admissions testing for your student.  If, through testing, your student is eligible, we will inform you and e-mail the required enrollment forms. At that point, we will hold your spot for only two weeks before calling the next family on the waiting list.  Once you receive our call that you qualify for an opening, it is crucial that you complete the enrollment forms and return them to the school office.  We will not proceed with the enrollment process until ALL forms are turned in to the school office.  Once all your forms have been turned in, the school will determine if you are an eligible candidate for admissions.  If so, we will schedule an interview.  There is no guarantee of admission until after the final interview with the Principal(s), all applicable fees are paid in full, and you have set up a tuition account.  When all of these steps are successfully completed, the student is placed on the class list and enrolled for the first day of school.
