All athletes must have a blue card to practice.  Blue cards may be picked up from the high school office.  Upon completion of your blue card, please deliver it with your completed current physical form that will not expire during the course of the sport season to the high school office.  If you completed a blue card for a sport in a previous season during the 2009-2010 school year, you do not need to complete a new one but must still bring the card into the high school office with your physical form.
